What is the difference between the Snapshot and the Full Report?

The Snapshot is a fast read: a preliminary funding readiness review, an estimated borrowing range, your top lender concerns, and a denial review if you were declined. The Full Report is the complete lender-style roadmap, adding adjusted cash flow, DSCR and global cash flow, the 5C framework, a risk profile, a stress test, a 90-day plan, and both client and banker summaries.

How long does delivery take?

The Snapshot is delivered in 2 to 5 business days and the Full Report in 7 to 10 business days, starting once SLG has received all required documents. Missing, incomplete, or unclear documents may delay delivery.

Does the $997 Snapshot credit toward the Full Report?

Yes. If you upgrade to the Full Report within 30 days of your Snapshot, your $997 applies toward the $2,500.

Are you a lender or a business loan broker?

Neither. SLG Advisers is not a lender or broker. We do not originate loans, shop your file, or receive any lender commissions. You pay one flat fee for a review from the outside.

Does SLG guarantee funding or approval?
